Delivering standards-aligned instruction at Madison STEAM Academy. Experienced in elementary and middle school settings with an emphasis on differentiated instruction and small-group learning.
Dean of Students & Behavior
Coordinating attendance, climate, safety, and Tier 2/3 behavioral interventions. Supporting student accountability while maintaining strong family relationships and school culture.
Academic Coaching & Teacher Support
Collaborating with colleagues on lesson planning, instructional strategies, and data monitoring. Serving as Student Teacher Mentor to foster future educators.
Science of Reading & Interventions
Utilizing research-backed literacy tools including Science of Reading practices, CKLA, UFLI, Fundations, Corrective Reading, Achieve3000, and i-Ready for targeted skill growth.
PLTW & Practical Innovation
Instructing Project Lead The Way (PLTW) design and engineering curriculum. Integrating makerspace learning, hands-on problem solving, and digital learning tools (Canvas, Google Classroom).
MTSS & PBIS Implementation
Building structured multi-tiered systems of support, developing PBIS resources and incentives, and establishing data-informed intervention models schoolwide.
